Daryl, I love that idea . . . my first craving was for mac & cheese. Right? not the healthiest, but it's what my body wanted.
Thanks, I love that your friend had the gumption t…lies. If people are not enthused by this idea, they can make a wish list on Amazon where all the items are available (except the prescriptions).
Whatcha think?
Hugs,
Theresa

Amen!!! What a great topic. I am a physical therapist and have done a ton of reading on exercise and cancer fatigue. It truly is a wonderful tool to use to get some control over s…d a cancer rehabilitation program at my place of work and am working directly with physicians and cancer centers to educate them on this very topic!!
Kudos to you and God Bless!

I am not trying to inundate you, Martha. I couldn't get my first message to post, and then when I gave up and wrote another, they both appeared.

Hi Martha,
Thanks for the idea to take straight melatonin for sleep. I can try that before I try the Rx to see if the OTC does the trick. Is there a brand of melatonin you recommend?
Be well.

Hi Martha,
Thanks for the info about melatonin. Is there a brand you recommend? Perhaps I will try straight melatonin before the Rx stuff, and see if that does the trick.

Hey Bill. Nice post on your thoughts, but, you didn't mention what the Dr said. I'm curious. Will you have to have post operative treatment? Radiation? Chemo? What stage cancer did…osey, but, if people know, they may be able to help you with your thoughts, worries, and ambitions. I hope you are feeling well. Wanting to help people is great too. Regards, Frank

Andrea--
I'm not familiar with that sleep medication, but I have taken straight melatonin many times and it's effective for me. I hope you will get good results from the new med.

I am so happy to hear your great news! I just had a gut feeling that it was going to be all good for you--you've done so well in your recovery and everything was pointin… hear those words "no evidence of disease." I know you will sleep better tonight. Sweet dreams to you and may this be the start of all good news from here on!
Love--
Martha

Hang in there, many of us have been the route you are headed and managed to get through it relatively easy. I had radiation and oral chemo before before the resection, then chemo …rsal was in Septmeber.
sometimes I think it is about the attitude you have going into it. everyone is different so we all are here for you with advice when you need it.

Don't know much about it except some very creative commercials on TV! I hope it works for you - let me know; I may want to try it!
